Pre-fermentative maceration without stem for 10 days. Spontaneous fermentation of the varieties separately at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Pre-fermentative maceration. Post fermentative maceration. Aged in new, extra fine grain French oak barrels for 16 months.
Intense ruby red in colour. Complex nose with an aromatic intensity reminiscent of black fruit such as cherry and blackcurrant, spices such as black pepper and herbal hints. Juicy on the palate with fine-grained tannin, notes of cocoa and a bouquet rich in ripe fruit. An ethereal wine with refinement and a long finish that very accurately captures the essence of the soils of the Massís del Garraf.
