These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website, owned by JARO, SL (from now on, Can Ràfols).

The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated therein, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and Can Rafols will be considered effective, in general, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.


The products offered, together with their main characteristics and their price, appear on the screen.

Can Ràfols reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. In this way, Can Raàols may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, Can Ràols reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.

Once inside, and to access the procurement of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general and particular conditions fixed at



Can Ràfols aims to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through However, in the event that any product requested is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed to the customer’s email account as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Can Ràfols may supply a product with similar characteristics without a price increase, and in this case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of replacement products by the customer, the previously paid refund will be made by the same means of payment that the customer used for the purchase

If Can Ràfols is unjustifiably late in returning the amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount due.


To make any purchase at, the customer must be older.

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the method chosen.

The prices of the products listed at will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their validity period, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.

You can make the payment immediately through our Bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.


According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except for those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal is not applicable, among others, to:

  • Contracts for the supply of products made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or, clearly customized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Supply of alcoholic beverages whose actual value depends on market fluctuations.


The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform Can Ràfols of the desire to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal implies that Can Ràfols will refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for his payment (as long as the product purchased is not within the exceptions indicated above).

During this period, the consumer will notify the employer of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of Can Ràfols.

Can Ràfols will communicate to the consumer in durable support a proof of receipt of the withdrawal.

To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with the corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.

Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to advise you of the details of the return.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.


The products purchased through have a warranty period of 3 years from the moment of purchase, which covers possible manufacturing defects of the product.

The customer must contact Can Rafols through the means of customer service, when detecting the defect in the purchased products.

Deficiencies caused by improper use or handling or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

Can Rafols will be responsible to the consumer or user for any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the good. In order to comply, the consumer or user will have the right to replace the purchased goods that are the subject of a claim.


Can Ràfols undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that can or has the potential to damage its goodwill or influence it in a negative way.

The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, card or cardholders. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

  • The sale of alcoholic beverages to people under 18 years of age.

The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, according to what is established in Chapter II Title. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer can choose between repairing or replacing the product, and both will be free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the products. and the purpose for which they were intended.

If the repair is completed and the product is delivered, it still does not conform to the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.


To file any complaint or claim with Can Ràfols, the customer must contact the customer service department.
