At Can Ràfols dels Caus we see the production of our wines as a way of life that begins in the calcareous soil with each grape and that we share with the world through our wines. We are a united team by the great angular rock that is the figure of Carlos Esteva and that conceive the same goal: to keep our tradition alive, to bet on high quality wines and controlled productions that respect nature and the environment that surrounds it and to become pioneers in the creation and innovation of new wines and surprising flavors for the palate.
We work with our hands, mind, body and heart, but always with love and respect in balance with the landscape and history that surrounds us.
The soul of this generation and of this project, Carlos Esteva, still makes sure that the winery follows the innovative legacy that he pushed to build
