Can Ràfols dels Caus had the pleasure of participating in the XI Mostra de Vins de Menorca, on Monday, March 23. One of the most important wine events in the Balearic Islands and an essential event for restaurant professionals and wine lovers.
Organized by the distributor De Vins Menorca, this biannual fair has consolidated itself as the largest commercial wine exhibition in Menorca, bringing together in this edition up to 76 wineries from all over Spain and a representation of up to 36 Denominations of Origin.
The Mostra de Vins de Menorca is much more than a fair: it is a space for meeting, learning and exchanging. During the day, attendees have the opportunity to meet winemakers and winemakers first-hand, discover new developments in the sector and participate in commented tastings and training sessions aimed at creating wine lists.
