A groundbreaking Mediterranean Pinot Noir from of a rough terrain that is only possible in the best vintages.

Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.

Preparation:

Pre-fermentative maceration Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentative maceration. Parenting of 4 months in new French oak barrels. Aging in bottle for at least 30 months.

Tasting notes:

Cherry colored. Intense on the nose with captivating aromas of flowers, red berries, orange peel and undergrowth. A ripe and juicy red fruit reveals its Mediterranean origin, while the unctuousness in the mouth, with a balsamic point and a fine tannin, gives it complexity and character of the territory.
