Fresh and

Gently crushed. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts for each variety separately, temperature controlled, in stainless steel tanks. Light fining and filtration, sulphur only on bottling.

Production: 50.000 bottles.
Closure: natural cork.

With a straw-yellow hue and hints of green, this wine beckons with its aromatic charm. The nose is a bouquet of white f lowers and the inviting essence of fresh yellow and white fruits. On the palate, it dances lightly, yet bursts with juicy flavors of lemon, orange, and pear. The journey concludes with a delightful, sapid finish that leaves you craving another sip.
