Fresh and
expressive

Fermentation of the varieties separately at controlled temperature for 20 days in stainless steel tanks and cement vats.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish tints. Expressive
on nose with white flowers, fresh yellow and
white fruit aromas. Light but juicy on the palate with notes of lemon,
orange and pear. With a sapid, moreish finish.
